Who we are

Information we collect

From website visitors: information you choose to send us by email or our contact form, such as your name, company, trade, town, and phone number. From our contractor clients: business contact details and the lead and customer information needed to run follow-up on their behalf.

How we use information

To reply to inquiries, deliver and improve our services, prepare client reports, and meet legal obligations. We act on behalf of our contractor clients when contacting their leads and customers.

We don’t sell data

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information or leads with third parties for their marketing. We don’t sell leads, ever.

Text messages and calls

We only message people who contacted one of our clients or are already that client’s customer. We follow carrier rules and the TCPA. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, and we will honor it promptly. Message and data rates may apply.

Service providers

We may use trusted tools (email, texting, spreadsheets, CRMs) to deliver our services. These providers may only use the information to perform services for us.

Security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect information and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing Kai@kaiestates.com.

Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new date at the top of this page.
