Terms of Service

Agreement

These terms apply to the Wiregrass Booked website and to lead follow-up services we provide to contractor clients. A signed proposal or order may add specific terms.

Services

Wiregrass Booked provides lead response, quote follow-up, review requests, past-customer reactivation, and reporting services. We do not sell or resell leads and do not guarantee a specific number of jobs, reviews, or revenue.

Fees and billing

Plans include a one-time setup fee and a monthly fee as listed on our pricing page or in your proposal. Monthly service is billed in advance, month-to-month. Paid advertising, if any, is optional, billed separately, and only run with your written approval.

Cancellation

Either party may cancel with notice before the next billing period. Setup fees are non-refundable once setup work has begun.

Client responsibilities

Clients confirm they have the right to contact the leads and customers they share with us, provide accurate business information, and approve message templates before use.

Messaging compliance

We only contact people who reached out to the client or are existing customers, follow carrier and TCPA rules, and honor opt-outs. Clients agree not to ask us to send cold or unsolicited messages.

Reviews

Review requests are sent to real customers without incentives or filtering, consistent with Google’s policies.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Wiregrass Booked’s total liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months before a claim. We are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.
